Mr. David Kimis a veteran patent agent with over 15 years of experience in working with clients of all sizes and in various proceedings at the USPTO on hundreds of patent matters, including regular utility and design patent prosecution, reissues, inter partes and ex parte reexaminations, and inter partes reviews. While at a biglaw multinational corporate law firm for over a decade, Mr. Kim counseled clients on international patent portfolios and collaborated on large teams in global patent campaigns.

Before his patent agent work for clients, Mr. Kim was a USPTO patent examiner for about 7 years in the field of optical communications, where he examined hundreds of patent applications.
