Mr. Kelly Hyndman, Esq., worked in telecommunications, systems engineering, and software engineering prior to becoming an intellectual property professional. After Mr. Hyndman passed the patent bar in 1995, he began a journey that would culminate in his equity partnership with one of the nation’s top intellectual property law firms.    

Mr. Hyndman focuses on the protection of software-related inventions including GUI, blockchain, crypto, fintech, and inference technologies through both utility and design patents. He also has extensive experience obtaining patents in diverse fields including inkjet and laser printers, semiconductor memory devices, satellites, electro-optical inspection equipment, nuclear and magnetic resonance imaging, displays, mobile device, and authentication technologies.
